About the event
This is your chance not only to hear what the Society has been doing over the last year but also to hear our plans for the future.
You will be able to influence that future by electing (or re-electing ) the Executive Committee and President and Vice President - or perhaps you may wish to be nominated to be part of the Committee yourself.
There is also the opportunity to review the Rules of the Society and discuss any proposed changes aimed at defining the way in which the Society operates in an ever changing environment.
The meeting will also hear a report from our adopted charity for 2025 and consider and vote on our selected Charity for the coming year.
