The Shed is a GHS members-only retail outlet, which enables members to purchase a wide range of garden and allotment supplies at competitive prices.  The Shed Manager sources high-quality goods from suppliers to keep prices as low as possible, with the added convenience of being based on a large allotment site.

The Shed is filled with new stock to assist with your horticultural needs for the coming season.  

Membership renewals and new memberships are also be available at The Shed.

PLEASE NOTE that The Shed is open on Fridays between 11am and 1pm, and Saturdays and Sundays between 10am and 12noon.  SHED WINTER CLOSURE - LAST DAY FOR PURCHASES 06 NOVEMBER 2022.  The Shed will reopen mid January with new stocks for the 2023 season.

Please note that renting an allotment on the Woodlands Road site does not automatically entitle plot holders to make purchases from The Shed – you need to be a GHS member.

Please also note that GHS is entirely independent from Medway Council and does not act as its agent. If you have received any communication from Medway Council about your allotment plot on any site then you MUST contact the Council at the number provided in the letter or call your site representative – we are sorry, but volunteers at The Shed are not able to assist you.

Membership cards are valid from 01 January each year.
